What the MSA say:

Autocross and Club Cross:

small spill kit must be available in the paddock are (N2.63)

Autotests and Autosolos:

medium spill kit must be available at each test site (M2.6)

All vehicles should carry a small spill kit compliing with J5.20.13 (M16.7.1)

Cross Country:

At each section organisers must provide at least one medium spill kit (P1.7.1)

For all hill rallies, comp safaries,point to point, challenge events and orienteering a mediunm spill kit must be located at the start of the course, each special stage or section. (P1.7.4)

Endurance Rallies:

At any start of any section or special test held on private property the organisers must provide a medium spill kit (R10.14)

When an event contains any section or special test held on private property alll vehicles must carry a small spill kit compliing with J5.20.13  (R18.65)

Karting:

small spill kit is to be provided in all paddock areas (U3.1.10)

Racing:

small slpill kit is to be provided in all paddock areas (E7.5)

Rallycross:

small spill kit must be available in the paddock are (N2.63)

Road Rallies:

At any start of any section or special test held on private property the organisers must provide a medium spill kit (R10.14)

When an event contains any section or special test held on private property alll vehicles must carry a small spill kit compliing with J5.20.13  (R18.65)

Special Stage Rallies:

At the start of every special stage the organisers must provide a medium spill kit (R28.5)

All vehicles must carry a small spill kit compliing with J5.20.13 (R46.1.5)

Sprint's and Hill Climbs:

small spill kit is to be provided in all paddock areas (E7.5)

Trials:

medium size spill kit must be available at each section (T1.3.24)

All vehicles should carry a small spill kit compliing with J5.20.13 (T9.8.3)
